MANILA, Philippines, July 28, 2025 — Omega Healthcare, a leading provider of revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions, once again celebrated the excellence of its Manila and Cebu teams during the highly anticipated Omega Global Awards (OGA) 2025, held at the Marco Polo Ortigas, Pasig. Now in its fourth consecutive year in the Philippines, the prestigious event continues to highlight the company’s deep appreciation for Filipino talent and commitment to employee recognition.

The Omega Global Awards is Omega Healthcare’s most prestigious annual recognition event, held across three key locations: the United States, India, and the Philippines. Now in its fourth year, the celebration highlights the organization’s commitment to acknowledging excellence and empowering its people. The awards honor top-performing individuals and teams whose work reflects the company’s values and strategic goals, recognizing outstanding contributions across functions and regions.

This year’s celebration featured a Philippine Heritage theme, with employees and leaders proudly wearing traditional Filipiniana and Barong attire, adding a touch of cultural significance to the occasion. The event brought together 250 attendees from the Manila and Cebu delivery centers.

The awards night was attended by key leaders from Omega Healthcare’s global and Philippine operations, including Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Anurag Mehta and Senior Vice President and Head of Resource Management Narayanan V. Joining them were Omega Healthcare Philippines Country Manager Santosh Kesari, along with senior leaders from operations, talent management, finance, quality, human resources, and other critical business units.

OGA 2025 honored 75 exceptional employees from Omega Healthcare Philippines, recognizing their commitment, innovation, and performance across multiple categories. Under the Star Annual Awards, 58 individuals and teams were recognized for their outstanding achievements.

Among them were 14 Star Team Leads, honored for inspiring their teams and consistently delivering strong results throughout the year. Ten high-performing teams received the Star Team Award for demonstrating collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.

Nine leaders were presented with the Star Manager Award for their strategic leadership and significant contributions to project success. The Star Support Award was given to 19 individuals from various support functions whose behind-the-scenes work was vital to ensuring seamless operations. In addition, 16 leaders received the CREDO Award, which recognizes breakthrough performance, innovative thinking, and impactful results.

The event also highlighted 17 awardees under the Omega Global Awards, which celebrate excellence across the broader organization. The Customer Excellence Award was presented to five individuals for consistently delivering superior client satisfaction. Two employees received the Best Innovation Award for introducing solutions that enhanced business operations. The One Omega Excellence Award, the highest individual recognition, was given to one employee who exemplified collaboration, dedication, and alignment with Omega’s mission. Lastly, the CREDO Team Award was presented to the NYU Clinical Team, a group of nine members recognized for their outstanding teamwork and valuable contributions to project success.
