Officials from the City Government of Sto. Tomas attended the NEO PLUS+++: Transformative Leadership for Elevated Governance — Refresher Course for Re-Elected Officials, which was organized by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG). It was led by Mayor Atty. Arth Jhun Aguilar Marasigan, together with Vice Mayor Catherine Jaurigue-Perez and the members of the City Council.
The aim of this program is to further strengthen good governance, ensure the continuation of meaningful programs, and elevate the level of excellence in public service being delivered by local leaders.
In the said activity, Mayor AJAM was featured as one of the speakers to share the innovations and key programs of the city, particularly in the field of health. He presented the initiatives being advanced by the local government to protect the health and welfare of every Tomasino, programs that are recognized as models of fast, systematic, and efficient delivery of public service.
The active participation of the city officials in such training shows their strong desire to continuously sharpen their skills in leadership, towards a more orderly, humane, and progressive government for all Tomasinos.
