Foundever®, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, continues to invest in innovative employee development and belongingness strategies with the launch of Trail Mix, a hiking and environmental stewardship group.

Organized under the company’s Philippine internal engagement program Circles at Foundever, the group’s first official activity took place last June at the Masungi Georeserve, where 30 associates participated in a conservation-focused trek along the Legacy Trail.

“Trail Mix is more than a club—it’s an opportunity to reinforce the values that drive our business,” said Vida Haboc, Senior Director for Operations at Foundever in Baguio. “By encouraging associates to pursue passion-driven projects, Foundever creates a more resilient, connected and purpose-aligned workforce.”

Participants engaged in ecological maintenance tasks—including pruning, weeding, mulching and tree nurturing—that highlight the company’s emphasis on sustainability and responsible corporate citizenship. The initiative also supports physical and mental wellness through the global EverBetter program, with activities logged using the United Heroes app.

Circles at Foundever, launched as part of the company’s broader cultural transformation, is designed to foster community, leadership and personal growth across its Philippine operations. The program supports interest-based groups ranging from sports and lifestyle to employee resource groups (ERGs), reinforcing the commitment of Foundever to diversity, inclusion and employee-driven innovation.

Through a gamified structure, accredited Circles earn rewards for participation, cross-functional collaboration and social impact, thus creating clear value for both individual associates and the business. Groups also receive institutional support and visibility, ensuring alignment with the company’s standards for compliance, security and branding.

“Programs like Circles are not just perks—they’re key to talent retention, leadership development, and organizational agility,” said Haboc. “By backing associate-led initiatives, we invest in a culture that supports business growth from the inside out.”

The strategic focus of Foundever on employee engagement, environmental stewardship, and workplace culture comes at a time when employees look to their companies not only to provide monetary and health benefits but also a greater sense of purpose and meaning.
