Megaworld Lifestyle Malls proudly presented three Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards to Miss Universe 2018 and sustainability advocate Catriona Gray, designer of the Megaworld Lifestyle Malls x Catriona Enviro-Chic Bag, in recognition of her pivotal role in an award-winning initiative that seamlessly blended environmental advocacy with fashion.

In a landmark collaboration, Megaworld Lifestyle Malls partnered with Catriona to launch the Megaworld Lifestyle Malls x Catriona Enviro-Chic Bag campaign last year, transforming 9.9 tons of mall tarpaulins into stylish, reusable bags. Championing sustainability through creative upcycling, providing livelihood opportunities to local communities, and raising awareness on environmental responsibility, the project earned international distinction with major honors at the 2025 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards—one of the region’s most prestigious business accolades celebrating innovation and achievement.

The campaign earned:

  • Gold Stevie Award – Innovation in Cause-Related Videos, for its compelling storytelling and advocacy-driven message
  • Silver Stevie – Innovation in Entertainment Events, for its impactful launch and community engagement
  • Bronze Stevie – Innovation in Reuse and Recycle, for its tangible contribution to waste reduction and creative reuse.

Catriona, known for her long-standing work in environmental and social causes, played a central role in designing the Enviro-Chic Bags and amplifying the campaign’s message, inspiring greater awareness of sustainability and the creative potential of upcycled materials.

The Megaworld Lifestyle Malls x Catriona Enviro-Chic Bag campaign is part of Megaworld Lifestyle Malls’ broader mission to integrate sustainability into its operations and customer experiences, while advancing innovative approaches to environmental responsibility.
