P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin Extends “Bahay Goals, Buhay Goals” Vlogging Competition with More Prizes

MANILA, Philippines — P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin, the joint venture between P.A. Properties and Japan’s Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corporation, has officially extended the submission period for the Bahay Goals, Buhay Goals: Idesia Homebuyer Vlogging Competition” until October 31, 2025, with additional prizes now up for grabs—approved by the Department of Trade and Industry – Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau (DTI-FTEB).

Open exclusively to Idesia homeowners, homebuyers, and their immediate family members, the competition showcases the inspiring journeys of Filipinos in bringing their dream homes to life. Participants are invited to submit a 1–3 minute vertical vlog (1080×1920) that shares how their Idesia home has shaped their lifestyle, aspirations, and everyday wins.

“This competition is more than just a showcase of homes—it’s a celebration of stories, dreams, and milestones of our homeowners,” said Atty. Marianne Reyna Lina Cruz, CEO and President of P.A. Properties. “By extending the deadline and adding more prizes, we hope to encourage more Idesia families to share their inspiring journeys and take pride in the life they are building.”

The top winners will receive:

  • 1st Place: ₱30,000

  • 2nd Place: ₱15,000

  • 3rd Place: ₱10,000

Additional awards include a Voters’ Choice Prize (₱3,000), consolation prizes for 4th to 10th place (₱500 Uniqlo Gift Certificates each), and exclusive Idesia merchandise for the Top 10 entries.

Entries will be judged based on storytelling (40%), authenticity (20%), video editing/quality (20%), and creativity (20%).
