On 06 October 2025, Ambassador ENDO Kazuya attended the Philippine Development Forum 2025 in Manila. Also in attendance were President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., Cabinet Members of the Philippines, and other development partners.

The Philippine Development Forum 2025 serves as a venue for productive exchange and collaboration between the Government of the Philippines and its development partners, guided by mid-term results, for a more cohesive and responsive national development plan.

For more than 50 years, Japan has been the Philippines’ top donor of Official Development Assistance (ODA). As a steadfast and trusted partner, Japan remains committed to supporting the Philippines in line with its socioeconomic development priorities towards a more prosperous future for all Filipinos.
