ACCESS MCLE Announces 42nd and Last FlexiSynch Lecture Series for 2025

ACCESS MCLE is wrapping up 2025 with the rollout of its 42nd online Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Lecture Series this November. The first duly accredited online MCLE provider in the country has set its last Flexisynch Lecture Series for the year on November 21, 22, 28, and 29.

Online Flexisynch MCLE is facilitated online via Zoom, making it an ideal program for MCLE enrollees who prefer more flexible online classroom sessions during their free time on weekends.

“Online Flexisynch MCLE remains the most preferred by MCLE enrollees in ACCESS for logical reasons,” says Alex Canata, Co-Founder and Program Director of ACCESS MCLE. “Aside from having a reasonable cost (₱7,500 for all 36 units in the program—just about half the cost of traditional or on-demand MCLE options), it is ideal for its highly flexible nature.”

ACCESS MCLE Flexisynch Lecture Series allow MCLE enrollees to catch up and take the same session in the next or succeeding lecture series (same day, same schedule), if ever something comes up and the enrollee misses a session. An MCLE taker also finds this very convenient as he/she can take or complete all 36 units over a span of three years.

ACCESS MCLE Lecture Series 42 consists of 16 sessions scheduled on the last two Fridays and Saturdays of November. All lectures are facilitated by some of the best legal experts. Sessions begin as early as 8:00a.m. in the morning and end by 6:15 p.m., spanning over nine hours in a day.

The next cycle, ACCESS Online Flexisynch MCLE Lecture Series 43 is set in the first quarter of 2026. It will mirror the schedule of the previous Lecture Series on a per day basis, allowing those who miss sessions on Lecture Series 42 and other earlier Lecture Series to catch up for their missed lectures.

“For those who opt for another mode of MCLE setup, ACCESS also offers Online On-Demand, which is considered the ‘Netflix for Lawyers,” Canata says. ACCESS MCLE’s Online On-Demand sessions are equally popular among MCLE enrollees as the platform enables them to take their time and sit down for the recorded learning videos/ lectures at their convenience, and wherever they may be.

Pursuant to Bar Matter No. 850, MCLE is required of members of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) to ensure that throughout their career, they keep up-to-date with the latest law and jurisprudence, maintain the ethics of the profession and enhance the standards of the practice of law. Every member of the IBP must complete at least 36 credit units of MCLE every 3 years during the set compliance period. Failure to comply may adversely affect a lawyer’s good standing and may result in the imposition of non-compliance penalties.
