via Graphic Plus | Manila, Philippines (February 2026) — Taiwan has once again demonstrated excellence in destination presentation after winning Best Decorated Booth at the PTAA TravelTour Expo (TTE) 2026, marking the third consecutive year the Taiwan Pavilion has received the prestigious recognition from expo organizers.

Inspired by the iconic Alishan Forest Railway, the Taiwan Pavilion brought an immersive destination experience to Manila, captivating visitors through a visually rich and multi-layered design concept. The pavilion showcased representative destinations across Taiwan’s four seasons, allowing guests to experience a visual journey through Taiwan’s diverse landscapes — from serene mountain forests and scenic railway routes to dynamic cities and vibrant night markets.

Through its vibrant color palette, spatial storytelling, and engaging visual installations, the pavilion created a seamless day-to-night travel narrative. The design highlighted Taiwan as a year-round destination offering a unique blend of nature, culture, gastronomy, and modern city experiences that strongly resonate with Filipino travelers.

The award recognizes not only the pavilion’s creative execution but also Taiwan Tourism’s consistent commitment to high-impact destination marketing and meaningful visitor engagement at major international travel trade events. Among hundreds of exhibitors, the Taiwan Pavilion stood out for its strong visual identity and compelling cultural storytelling.

Tourism officials noted that the back-to-back recognition reflects Taiwan’s growing tourism appeal in the Philippine market and reinforces ongoing efforts to strengthen travel partnerships, trade collaborations, and joint promotions with Filipino travel stakeholders.

Taiwan continues to position itself as a top-of-mind destination for Filipino travelers seeking diverse, accessible, and culturally enriching travel experiences.
