RCBC bags twin awards for customer service excellence

VIA GRAPHIC PLUS | TAGUIG CITY, METRO MANILA – Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) strengthened its position as a global digital banking innovator after earning two major honors at the Digital CX Awards 2026 organized by The Digital Banker.

RCBC received the “Excellence in Next Gen Customer Satisfaction Philippines” and “Best Customer Experience via Mobile and Internet Banking Philippines” awards, recognizing the bank’s leadership in delivering transformative, customer centric, and inclusive digital banking experiences.

At the center of RCBC’s recognition is RCBC Pulz, the bank’s flagship digital banking platform that has evolved beyond a traditional mobile banking application into an integrated financial ecosystem connecting Filipinos to global opportunities and services.

“Through RCBC Pulz, the Bank has redefined digital banking for global Filipinos with a seamless, one tap platform that unifies remittances, USD virtual accounts, lending, investments, and everyday payments into a single experience,” The Digital Banker said in a statement.

The organization also cited RCBC’s innovations in borderless onboarding, real time transactions, and AI powered capabilities, noting that these initiatives address long standing customer pain points while strengthening accessibility, personalization, security, and financial inclusion.

RCBC has continuously accelerated digital transformation initiatives focused on inclusion, ecosystem banking, and customer empowerment. Among the bank’s pioneering innovations is the rollout of US Virtual Accounts, enabling freelancers, virtual assistants, overseas Filipinos, and families receiving remittances to receive US dollars directly through RCBC Pulz without requiring a US address or Social Security number.

RCBC also expanded its APIs-Banking-as-a-Service capabilities through strategic partnerships such as the PalaSave savings program within PalawanPay powered by RCBC DiskarTech, helping extend digital banking access to millions of underserved Filipinos nationwide.
