FedEx’s People-first Culture Earns 2026 Great Place to Work® Certification and Three HR Excellence Awards

The Great Place to Work® Certification is based on the Trust Index™ Survey, which captures employees’ perspectives on their workplace experience. FedEx Philippines received its strongest ratings for workplace safety, fair treatment regardless of gender or sexual orientation, welcoming new employees, and fostering pride in the organization.

FedEx also received three notable recognitions at the 2026 HR Excellence Awards: Silver for Excellence in Cross-Generational Workforce Engagement, Silver for Excellence in Retention Strategy, and Bronze for Excellence in Performance Management Evolution.
