Among the highlights was President and CEO Jean Henri Lhuillier’s double Gold win in the Lifetime Achievement Award and Visionary Leader of the Year categories. Among the Gold-winning campaigns was Pasasalamat, which received the Customer Engagement & Experience Achievement award for reuniting more than 1,000 clients across nine cities with their pawned items, turning gratitude into meaningful customer experiences.
Further reinforcing Cebuana Lhuillier’s evolving brand identity, the company earned two Gold awards for its efforts to reshape brand perception and highlight its broader financial services offering. It was recognized for Achievement in Brand Evolution and Identity, while CebuanaAmazing All-In won Achievement in Brand Storytelling for showcasing how its services address Filipinos’ everyday financial needs.
Money Guro earned Gold for Achievement in Content Marketing and Silver for Achievement in Social Impact and Cause Marketing. Through accessible financial education content, including its Roblox-based learning initiative, the program helps Filipinos build practical money management skills and make informed financial decisions.
Extending its impact to the MSME sector, Cebuana Lhuillier earned Gold in Achievement in Public-Private Partnership Collaboration for its Business Support Solutions, which provides entrepreneurs with access to business resources, financial support, and opportunities to grow their enterprises.
