VIA GRAPHIC PLUS | MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) will host postal leaders and representatives from ASEAN and partner countries for the 32nd ASEAN Postal Business Meeting (APBM) and ASEANPOST++ Meeting on October 5–7, 2026, at the Manila Marriott Hotel.

The three-day gathering will bring together postal organizations from ASEAN and postal partners from Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, and Korea to advance business initiatives and regional technical projects focused on cross-border e-commerce, logistics, operational improvement, and revenue growth.

Key discussions will cover ongoing ASEANPost initiatives and opportunities for closer cooperation in e-commerce and logistics. These include potential joint services combining customs clearance and last-mile delivery across participating postal networks, as well as ways to make cross-border returns more efficient and convenient for merchants and consumers.

Participants will also explore how postal facilities and infrastructure across the region can support logistics and micro-fulfillment operations, enabling postal organizations to make greater use of their networks and physical assets. Technology, innovation, and sustainability will also be part of the discussions.

Technology and innovation and sustainability initiatives will also figure prominently in the discussions.

The program opens on October 5 with the Opening Ceremony, followed by the ASEANPOST++ Meeting through the morning of October 6. The 32nd ASEAN Postal Business Meeting will convene that afternoon and culminate in the signing of agreements and decisions reached during the meeting. The three-day program concludes on October 7 with a tour for delegates.

By hosting the meetings, PHLPost strengthens its engagement with ASEAN postal organizations and supports regional efforts to build more connected, efficient, and commercially responsive postal networks.
