Despite the hardship experienced brought by pandemic, a security of SM City Lucena didn’t hesitate to return the wallet he found to its rightful owner.
According to the report, while performing his duty roving at the Open Parking C of the mall, Security Guard Carlito Bolito of Stanch Security Agency recovered a wallet containing cash worth P28,073, iphone 8, different IDs and other important documents.
Sg Bolito immediately surrendered the recovered items to Customers Relations Service (CRS) Office to determine the owner of the said wallet.
After thorough verification, the wallet was returned to its rightful owner, a resident of Brgy. Mayao Parada, Lucena City.
Victor Glorioso, CRS Manager said that this incident only shows the commitment of honesty and integrity to uplift the security force.
