A security personnel of SM City Lucena again exhibited inherent honesty, much to the relief of the concerned client who forgot her wallet inside a mall tenant’s table.
Lady Guard Liezl Satoya, from Defense Security Agency Inc., was detailed at the mall’s Entrance 4.
Last June 7, Monday, at 7:20 p.m., Satoya noticed a Coach wallet lying on top of a table inside Buffalo Wings restaurant.
She picked up the wallet and immediately turned it over at the Customer Relations Services office.
Upon checking, the wallet contained receipts, a Watson’s card, an LBC card, and cash amounting to P3, 259. The wallet’s owner was Dexter Gadot, a resident of Barangay Mayao Crossing, Lucena City.
Satoya contacted and reached the owner through her FB Messenger account and informed her about her found belongings.
At 7.45 p.m., the owner came to the CRS office to claim her wallet, thanking Satoya and SMÂ Lucena’s security management for their thoughtfulness.
