The City Government of Biñan inaugurated the new Command, Control and Communication (C3) Center which houses Biñan City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (BCDRRMO) headed by Maria Bonacua.


The three-storey building includes the CCTV Monitoring Room with over 160 cameras that monitors the whole city, a call center, conference room and offices.


Mayor Arman Dimaguila and Vice Mayor Gel Alonte, together with Dr. Mahar Lagmay of UP Resilience Institute and Tadeo Sagritalao from the Office of Civil Defense 4A led the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the said edifice.

“Ito ay ini-dedicate natin sa mga kababayan nating mangangailangan ng tulong, sa mga volunteers natin, sa mga firefighters natin, sa mga rescuers natin. Ito’y para sa inyo,” Mayor Arman highlighted during his speech. (We dedicate this to our kababayans who will need help, to our volunteers, to our firefighters, to our rescuers. This is for you.)
