In celebration of Mid-Autumn festival, feast on Crystal Dragon’s lavish ala carte offerings such as the Roasted Farm Duck in black truffle sauce.

Available until September 29 for lunch and dinner, the special menu offers this season’s specialties: Braised Conpoy with crab meat and fish in thick broth; Wok-fried Prawns in Chef’s Special “Kam Heong” (golden, fragrant sauce) Style; Roasted Farm Duck in black truffle sauce; and Wok-fried Hor Fun with sliced Angus beef and XO sauce.

A quintessential delicacy of the Mid-Autumn festival, Crystal Dragon’s mooncake duo is a must-try.

As partaking of mooncakes is a time-honored Mid-Autumn tradition as it signifies togetherness and harmony, Crystal Dragon highlights its snow skin mooncake duo comprised of traditional and exotic renditions: Lotus Paste with Yolk and Durian.

With a history dating back over 3,000 years ago, the celebration of Mid-Autumn Festival usually falls on the 15th day of the eighth month of the lunar calendar.

It is considered the second grandest holiday occasion in China and other parts of Asia following Chinese New Year, and families customarily gather and celebrate the week-long festival over auspicious food including mooncake, duck, and crab among others.

Crystal Dragon is open daily from 11 am to 11pm.
