Security Bank Corporation (PSE:SECB) continues to expand its BetterBanking footprint with the opening of two new branches in Aparri, Northern Cagayan on September 14, 2023 and Parqal, Parañaque on September 18, 2023—marking the Bank’s 319th branch in the country.

“I’m glad that we found two new homes to extend our BetterBanking service, providing our customers with access to our award-winning products and services,” said Leslie Y. Cham, EVP and Branch Banking Group Head. “These branch openings are proof of our commitment to invest in what matters to our customers. Our focus on customer-centricity set us apart for 72 years and counting.”

Both branches are strategically located in flourishing commercial hubs.

The Aparri branch is located within Novo Mall, a bustling center of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket.

Security Bank’s new Parqal branch is situated in the 204-hectare Aseana City—an emerging business, entertainment, and tourism destination with prominent green space and proximity to public transportation and the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

The new branches offer enhanced in-branch experiences including 24/7 ATMs, new ATM with Cash Deposit (ATMCD) machines, private spaces for Wealth and Gold clients, dedicated parking spaces, and self-service counters.

They also feature the upgraded Mosaic Voyager tellering and lobby management system to speed up key transactions such as signature verification, as well as manage branch lobby traffic efficiently.

Operating hours for both Aparri and Parqal branches are from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
