Fresh off of the TV release of their hit series “How to Spot a Red Flag,” Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano (a.k.a. DonBelle) once again had their fans feeling all the “kilig” this love month with the grand reveal of their first-ever interactive music video for closeup, held at the Market! Market! Activity Center on February 8, 2025.

It is no surprise that the three stars were handpicked for this first-of-its-kind project by closeup. DonBelle showcased an undeniable chemistry that had the crowd roaring from the moment they took the stage, while Felip held an easy charisma that drew loud cheers as he performed his charming rendition of “Moving Closer” live to a sea of swooning fans.

Although not DonBelle’s first collaboration with closeup, the interactive music video was a first-of-its-kind project that allowed netizens to take part in the creation of the music video. Closeup Philippines posted polls on their TikTok page where viewers could vote on their preferred ways to get DonBelle closer: intense red moves or chill green tactics.

The Watch Party unveiled the much anticipated results of this voting period. It also revealed an upcoming part two of this interactive music video concept, which will feature onscreen tandem Barbie Forteza and David Licauco (a.k.a. BarDa). #CloseupxBarDa trended on social media platforms like X (formerly Twitter) shortly after the announcement.

DonBelle previously starred in Closeup’s music video for “Closer You and I” performed by Adie.
