Mactan, Cebu (February 2025) – RLC Residences proudly marks a major milestone with the topping-off of AmiSa Private Residences Tower D, bringing future homeowners closer to enjoying life with a view in a serene coastal setting.

The ceremony was attended by key RLC Residences executives, including John Richard Sotelo (RLC Residences Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager and Robinsons Land Chief Marketing Officer), Engr. Emmanuel Arce (Vice President and Head of Construction Management 1), and Karen Cesario (Senior Director, Marketing Head and Chief Integration Officer), along with project partners instrumental in making this development a reality.

“We are delighted to reach this milestone for Tower D of AmiSa Private Residences and excited for our homebuyers to soon experience what this development has to offer. We are also thankful to our partners who are working with us to make our vision for this project a reality,” said Sotelo.

Launched in 2022, AmiSa Private Residences Tower D will soon bring to life thoughtfully-designed units with seascape views of Magellan Bay, Olango Island, and Hilutungan Channel. The 16-storey tower features studio, one, and two-bedroom units each with generous windows and glass balcony railings designed to let in natural light and the sea breeze.

Residents can unwind at the Sky Lounge on the top floor of Tower D. They can also take advantage of the premium amenities  – including a private theater, grilling and picnic area, game room, clubhouse, swimming pool, jogging path, and private gym. In addition to these, future homeowners will also be given exclusive privileges to the nearby Dusit Thani Mactan Resort.

“Seeing Tower D come to life brings us closer to our goal of providing beautiful, well-designed homes that people will truly love and take pride in. Every detail of AmiSa Private Residences is carefully crafted to create more than just a place to live—it’s a sanctuary where homeowners can wake up to stunning views and embrace the relaxing coastal lifestyle,” ends Sotelo.
