In order to provide better service and convenience to those applying for visas, we have decided to open the Japan Visa Application Centre (JVAC) to accept and issue visa applications.
The Japan Visa Centre by VFS Service Philippines, Inc. is scheduled to begin its operation on April 7, 2025.

Application Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00AM to 2:00PM (Parañaque, Makati, Quezon City)

Releasing: Monday to Friday from 7:00AM to 4:00PM
(The center will be closed on Saturday, Sundays, and when the Embassy is closed)

(1) Visa application at the center will incur a visa fee and a center usage fee (520 pesos).

1. Applications will no longer be accepted at the accredited agencies on April 6, 2025. Please note that from April 7, 2025, applications will be accepted at the Japan Visa Application Center.
*Please note that if you applied through an accredited agency before April 6, 2025, the release of your passport will also be at the agency where you applied.
2. For cases related to diplomatic or official passports, or urgent cases requiring humanitarian consideration, please contact our Embassy or the nearest Cebu or Davao Consulate.
