Concentrix, a global technology and services leader, was recognized as part of the Philippines Best Workplaces List for 2025. Organizations receiving the award set the gold standard in people-centric initiatives, workplace culture and experience, going over and beyond what’s expected of their Great Place To Work® Certification™.

Each year, organizations in the Philippines are evaluated through comprehensive employee feedback and an assessment of workplace programs and policies that foster an inclusive and engaging environment. A total of 50 companies are recognized, spread across different company sizes, irrespective of industry. The 2025 awarding ceremony took place last March 27 at the Okada Manila.

“We are incredibly honored to be named in the Philippines Best Workplaces list,” said Amit Jagga, EVP and Chief Business Officer for Concentrix Philippines. “This award is a testament to the exceptional care and dedication we have for our game-changers. At Concentrix, we continuously push the boundaries of what a great workplace can be—leveraging innovation, technology, and a culture of belonging, to ensure our people thrive. This recognition fuels our commitment to continue delivering game-changing experiences for our team, communities and clients alike.”

With over 100,000 team members across the country, Concentrix has been a driving force in the Philippines’ economic and employment growth, offering dynamic career opportunities, well-being programs, and a workplace that champions diversity and inclusion. Through cutting-edge technology, people-centric initiatives, and a relentless focus on culture, the company continues to demonstrate its leadership in the industry with people-first innovation. Concentrix Philippines was also hailed as 2024 Company of the Year Grand Winner at the Asia CEO Awards, for its financial success, governance, social commitment, pioneering achievements, and various recognitions received. That same year, Concentrix was also Ranked #1 in the Global Most Inspiring Workplaces Awards. For more information about Concentrix and career opportunities, visit www.concentrix.com
