STA. CRUZ, Laguna – In observance of the National Disaster Resilience Month 2025 with the theme: “Kayang Umaksyon ng Mamamayan na Isabuhay and Kahandaan ng bawat Isa para maging Ligtas sa Oras ng Sakuna (KUMIKILOS),” the Provincial Government of Laguna, through its Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO), hosted National Disaster Resilience Month Kick-Off Parade on 01 July 2025.
The observance underscores the importance of strengthening disaster resilience. And to commence this year’s celebration, a kick-off parade was organized by PDRRMO together with the Office of Civil Defense CALABARZON, participated by PDRRMO staff composed of Incident Management Team, Emergency Response Team with the Office of Civil Defense IV-A and Philippine Red Cross – Laguna Chapter.
