As part of Rotary Club of Lucena Circle’s Adopt-A-School and Literacy Program, the group donated two photocopier machines and other school supplies to Camp Nakar Elementary School and East 8 Elementary School in Lucena City on Jul. 22.

The turnover was led by its President Jestoni Oliveros, District Governor Aid Nicksy Nicdao and Past President Diza Alcala and will benefit more than 300 students.

According to RCLC, their donations are part of their program and advocacy recognizing the importance of education and their show of support for the government’s program and the Department of Education’s Brigada Eskwela.

School Principal Loida Tabernilla and GPTA Helen Bonayon of Camp Nakar ES thanked RCLC for the said donations to their school, adding that it will be a great help for the studies of their students in this new normal set-up of learning.

Norman Ortiz and Diosa Rodriguez of East 8 ES also expressed their gratitude to the RCLC for donating a photocopier machine and other school supplies to their school.
