SM Foundation, through its Operation Tulong Express (OPTE) program, distributes 14,700 Kalinga (relief) packs to families severely affected by Super Typhoon Rolly in the Bicol Region.
OPTE is a social good program of SM Foundation in collaboration with SM Supermalls and SM Markets which aims to address the needs of communities during calamities and crisis.
