Manila, Philippines – MegaSportsWorld at Winford Resort and Casino Manila has been officially nominated for the “Best Sports Betting Solution in an IR” at the 2024 IAG Academy IR Awards, a prestigious recognition in the Integrated Resort (IR) industry.
The awarding ceremony is scheduled on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at the Hilton Manila, Newport World Resorts.
The IAG Academy IR Awards are part of Inside Asian Gaming’s Super September, a series of events that include the Manila After Dark social networking event on September 9 and the IAG Academy Summit on September 10 and 11.
MegaSportsWorld will compete against notable nominees such as MacauSLOT at Grand Lisboa Hotel and Casino, NUSTAR Sports Max by Jade Sportsbet, and Tabcorp at Star Sydney.
Andrew W. Scott, Vice Chairman and CEO of Inside Asian Gaming, emphasized the rigorous selection process for the nominations.
“We were inundated with an enormous number of public nominations for the IR Awards – well over 400 – which made the process of selecting the official nominees a tough one. We have been very pleased with both the quantity and quality of the public nominations,” Scott stated.
The 2024 IAG Academy IR Awards feature 135 official nominations across 20 primary categories and four Hall of Fame categories. Winners will be determined by a judging panel and announced at the gala dinner in September.
