Baguio City, PhilippinesFebruary 6, 2025 – Children’s shelter and children’s rights advocate Helping Hands Healing Hearts Ministries Philippines, Inc. (HHM) recently received much-needed medical supplies from its partner, Foundever® in Baguio.

HHM is a non-governmental organization that shelters and temporarily houses children in crisis. Such children have been orphaned, abandoned, or their needs remain unmet due to neglect and extreme poverty. Others suffer from serious illness or even physical or sexual abuse in their own homes. In ensuring that such children are provided with their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs, HHM is very grateful for partners like Foundever.

“We are deeply grateful for the continuing support from Foundever. Their generosity plays a crucial role in helping us deliver comprehensive care and protection to the children in our programs,” said Jemimah Jewel Posnayan, a representative from HHM. “This partnership allows us to focus on the well-being of these children, knowing that we have the resources to give them the care they deserve.”

Foundever made the donation to the HHM Children’s Recovery Unit, as part of the organization’s continued commitment to making a tangible social impact in the local community. The event was attended by key leaders from Foundever, including Richard Highley, Account Management Senior Manager; Suzette Beltran, Site Director; and Lucelle Campoy, Corporate Social Responsibility Lead for Baguio. The donation is part of the ongoing CSR initiatives of Foundever, aimed at making a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need within the local community.

“We feel privileged and humbled to continue our partnership with Helping Hands Healing Hearts Ministries and to support their important work,” said Campoy. “By providing medical supplies, we hope to play a part in improving the lives of children who are facing incredibly difficult circumstances.”

This initiative is just one of many efforts by Foundever to give back to the community and contribute to social good, with a focus on supporting those who need it most.

HHM is dedicated to providing trauma-informed care, psychosocial support, and medical help to children in need. Through the donation from Foundever, HHM will be better equipped to support vulnerable children, providing them with vital medical assistance and helping ensure their wellbeing as they recover from trauma.
