Silang, Cavite – On May 18, 2025, the much-anticipated Dirt & Play returns for its 10th anniversary edition, once again bringing together cycling enthusiasts, nature lovers, and local communities for a day of outdoor adventure and cultural discovery in the scenic town of Silang, Cavite.

What began as a small grassroots gathering has now evolved into a premier bike festival organized by Alvin Timbol of South Cycle. This year’s event will take off from Acienda Designer Outlet, the official staging area, and guide over 1,000 cyclists through a 40-kilometer mixed-terrain route that highlights the rustic beauty and charm of West Silang trails.

“Dirt & Play is more than just a race — it’s a celebration of the outdoors, a showcase of Silang’s beauty, and a gathering of passionate riders from Cavite, Batangas, Metro Manila, and beyond,” says Timbol.

Participants can look forward to a full-day experience filled with bike challenges, gravel and mountain bike categories, community booths, food stalls, and family-friendly activities. The event also aims to promote healthy living, sustainable mobility, and grassroots tourism by spotlighting Silang’s local destinations.
