MAKATI CITY, Metro Manila – The Laguna Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (LEDIPO), through the Philippine Association of Local Investment Promotion Officers (PALIO), supported the signing of a Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) at Makati Diamond Residences on 02 June 2025.
Signed by 36 national agencies under the Investment Facilitation Network (INFA-Net), the JMC strengthens the implementation of EO No. 18 s.2023, streamlining business processes and eliminating red tape to make the Philippines more investor-friendly.
This landmark initiative, led by the Department of Trade and Industry-Board of Investments (DTI-BOI), is supported by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and key legislators, promotes local government unit (LGU) adoption to ensure efficient and uniform investment facilitation nationwide.
Laguna LEDIPO head Ms. Fatima Villaseñor reaffirms the office’s commitment to enable a more competitive and dynamic investment climate for the province and the country.
