Established through the partnership between P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (P.A. Properties) and Japan’s Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp., P.A. Hankyu celebrated its ninth anniversary under the theme, “Giving Value Forward @ 9: Sustaining Partnerships, Communities, and Impact,” on June 11, 2026, in Biñan, Laguna. The milestone not only commemorated the joint venture’s achievements but also reaffirmed its shared vision for responsible growth and community development.
Since its inception, P.A. Hankyu has steadily expanded its footprint across Luzon. The partnership began with the signing of the joint venture agreement for Idesia Dasmariñas Phase 1 in Cavite and has since grown to include residential developments in Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, and Bulacan, providing quality housing options to thousands of Filipino families.

The donations were formally turned over on June 11, 2026, reflecting the company’s commitment to compassion, volunteerism, and shared responsibility.
