Leading the kitchen is Chef Erwin Rarugal, Group Executive Chef, whose culinary philosophy draws inspiration from Asian cuisine while embracing flavors familiar to Filipino palates.

Among the restaurant’s signature offerings are Braised Pork, Beef & Tendon, Chicken Biryani, Nasi Goreng, Salmon Kimchi, Seafood Aligue Pasta, Carbonara de Tomas, and a selection of pizzas and comfort food favorites.
