VIA GRAPHIC PLUS — The Biñan City Government, through the ICTO–Tech4Ed Center, and the DepEd Schools Division Office of Biñan City–Alternative Learning System (ALS) strengthened their partnership through a MOA signing on August 11 for the implementation of Digital Literacy Training for ALS learners.

According to Mayor Gel Alonte, one of the city’s priorities is digitalization and it should be open to everyone.
The program aims to strengthen the digital skills of ALS learners and provide them with knowledge in the use of technology that will help them in their studies and in preparing for more opportunities. (Biñan’s COB Page)
