The AI-driven healthcare solutions company celebrates the dedication and excellence of its Filipino workforce during the fifth Omega Global Awards in the country.

VIA GRAPHIC PLUS | MANILA, Philippines (August 4, 2026) — Omega Healthcare reaffirmed its commitment to Filipino talent as it recognized the outstanding achievements of employees from its Manila and Cebu delivery centers during the prestigious Omega Global Awards 2026 held at Marco Polo Ortigas.

Now in its fifth consecutive year in the Philippines, the company’s flagship annual recognition program honors individuals and teams whose excellence, innovation, and leadership continue to strengthen Omega Healthcare’s global operations.

Held annually across Omega Healthcare’s operations in the United States, India, and the Philippines, the Omega Global Awards is the company’s highest recognition program. It celebrates employees whose dedication and performance embody Omega Healthcare’s values while helping deliver AI-enabled healthcare solutions that improve outcomes for clients worldwide.

The celebration brought together hundreds of employees alongside Omega Healthcare’s global and local leadership, including Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Anurag Mehta, Chief People Officer and Global Head of Human Resources Viral Bansal, Vice President of Global Human Resources Dr. Nitin Barekere, and Country Manager Santosh Kesari.

Recognizing Excellence Across the Organization

This year’s awards honored 50 outstanding employees and teams across the CREDO Awards and Omega Global Awards categories, recognizing excellence in leadership, customer service, teamwork, innovation, and operational performance. The recognition reflects the depth of Filipino talent and its growing contribution to Omega Healthcare’s continued success.

During the event, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Anurag Mehta reflected on the company’s nearly 13-year journey in the Philippines and praised the significant role Filipino employees continue to play in its growth. “Filipino talent continues to be one of Omega Healthcare’s greatest strengths. The expertise and dedication of our teams have helped shape our organization over the years, and we are proud to celebrate the individuals and teams whose excellence continues to drive meaningful impact for our clients and our global organization,” said Mehta.

Investing in Filipino Talent

Beyond celebrating achievements, the Omega Global Awards reflects Omega Healthcare’s long-term investment in developing Filipino professionals. As an AI-driven healthcare solutions company, Omega Healthcare believes its greatest innovations are driven by people—combining advanced technology with deep healthcare expertise to help healthcare organizations improve financial performance and patient outcomes.

“Our commitment to Filipino talent extends far beyond a single evening of recognition. We continue to invest in our people by creating opportunities for them to learn, grow, and build meaningful careers. As we continue to advance AI-driven healthcare solutions, it is the excellence of our Filipino teams that enables us to deliver exceptional value to our clients and make a meaningful impact on healthcare worldwide,” said Santosh Kesari, Country Manager of Omega Healthcare Philippines.

As Omega Healthcare continues to expand its presence in the country, it remains focused on creating opportunities for Filipino professionals to grow their careers, develop future-ready skills, and contribute to the company’s mission of transforming healthcare through innovation and operational excellence.
